Profile

Product decisions grounded in technical reality.

I work on complex B2B SaaS products where customer needs, technical constraints and delivery decisions are closely connected. My role is to reduce ambiguity, shape implementable scope and help teams move from requirements to validated behaviour in production.

Today I work as a Senior Product Owner, collaborating with Product leadership, Engineering, Customer Success and international enterprise customers. I manage backlog, scope, requirements and acceptance criteria for assigned initiatives, while contributing technical evidence, trade-offs and solution alternatives when decisions need more than a functional view.

My move into Product was an evolution of my software engineering career rather than a restart. Before formal Product Ownership, I worked as a Software Engineer and Senior Developer. That foundation still shapes how I work: I can engage directly with APIs, logs, SQL, system flows and developers when product decisions need technical evidence.

Core strengths

What I bring to a Product team.

Not a list of tools: three areas that consistently define how I contribute across enterprise product work.

01 / 03

Enterprise Product Ownership

Backlog prioritisation, functional scope, requirements, acceptance criteria and stakeholder trade-offs across enterprise initiatives, balancing customer and business commitments with effort, risk, quality, dependencies and timing.

02 / 03

Technical Product Depth

Hands-on understanding of APIs, integrations, identity and access, logs, SQL and software/network flows. I work directly with Engineering on feasibility, edge cases, dependencies and alternative solution paths.

03 / 03

Validation & Delivery

Functional and release validation, evidence-based challenge, pre-production and production testing, rollout support and post-go-live evolution — with a strong focus on reducing risk before it becomes expensive.

Selected work

A few examples of how I work.

Selected examples from enterprise product work. They are intentionally concise: enough to show the decision context, my contribution and the evidence behind it.

Enterprise retail

WiFi onboarding & CRM integration

Product responsibility across strategic WiFi onboarding and CRM integration initiatives for international retail customers, translating goals and constraints into product scope and implementable solutions with Engineering. In this context, one pilot was expanded across the customer’s European network after satisfactory conversion results measured by the customer; other solutions went into production and are still in use or have undergone further evolution.

Changing solution direction with evidence

A deliberately limited implementation was used to validate an initial solution direction before completing the full investment. Testing surfaced important edge cases that would have disrupted relevant customer flows. I brought the evidence into Product discussions and contributed to changing direction before the planned implementation was completed.

Platform capability

Privacy & data lifecycle

Defined and validated configurable capabilities for data retention, anonymisation and deletion in response to enterprise privacy and lifecycle requirements. The capabilities were adopted by multiple customers and later became part of the default configuration for new customers.

Experience

Engineering → Product.

A continuous path through software development, product behaviour, validation and increasingly direct responsibility for product decisions and enterprise delivery.
